Hey you, welcome! I am so excited you're here.

In the not-so distant past, I lost myself.

After being diagnosed with a serious mental health disorder and being in an unhealthy relationship, I fell into a very dark hole.


As a coping technique, I ate everything in sight. My once strict vegan diet became filled with whole pizzas and apple pies. I would stand in front of the mirror and tear myself a part. I hated who I was and had become a hermit in order to avoid the outside world seeing me.

I knew I needed to make a change. I knew I needed to get healthy not only in my body, but in my mind too... I just had no idea how to do it. 

I kept thinking about what kind of a person I wanted to be in this life, and after years of trial, error, and education, what you now see was born.
